We strive for customer satisfaction with every groom, but we also understand that miscommunications can occur. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your pet’s groom, we are happy to address and correct what we can.
• Please notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Refunds cannot be issued due to the time invested and cost of products used during the grooming process.

We have recently had to pause accepting new clients at this time as we are booking 8-10 weeks out for our current clients.
We are however accepting new client applications in case a spot on our schedule becomes available.
