One on one grooming means that I groom one pet or family of pets straight through. I can give each pet the care and attention they need as individuals without distractions. It creates a very calm and quiet atmosphere for each pet that you can't find in traditional grooming salon settings. It's great for shy or nervous pets and for the individuals who just want their pets to have the best grooming experience possible. They don't wait around in kennels for long periods of time waiting on other pets to be groomed. This makes the time at the salon very short so they can get back to other things with their families.
I don't advertise as cage free because sometimes kenneling breafly is what's best for the pet. For example, some pets stress over the blow drying process. Rather than force them through it, they are allowed to rest and air dry as needed. Any kenneling is very brief and under supervision.
You can absolutely bring the whole pack to be groomed together. One on One means that one pet or pets from one household have the salon to themselves for the grooming process. Most of the time, especially if your pets are smaller, they will go through most of the whole process together. They will be bathed together, dried together and as long as they feel secure, while I’m working on the haircut of one pet the other(s) will be relaxing nearby. I find that grooming them at the same time is most relaxing for everybody since they are familiar and can take comfort in one another’s company.

I ask for 1-3 hours on average for a dog groom depending on the services requested, the size, coat condition, and temperament of your pet. I can give a better estimate of time once I have seen your pet.
Cat grooms are completed in 1-2 hours depending on what services are requested.
Grooming is a vital part of your pets life. It’s crucial that they get an early start to the process. It’s recommend to bring them in right after they have received their second puppy/kitten boosters. This way, they can experience what grooming is at a young age and it will be less stressful for them later on. Set them up for success!
I’m often asked about expressing anal glands and get requests for the service. It’s a service I don’t offer as it is something internal on your pet and falls into the scope of veterinary medicine of which I am not licensed. If your pet seems to be having issues with them, please seek veterinary care to find the root of the problem. This video explains how expressing them routinely can be problematic.
